The Path to Creative and Financial Freedom
What does wealth mean to you?
Is it being able to do what you love and follow your passions? Is it being able to quit your 9-5? Is it being able to work from anywhere in the world? Is it financially supporting your family and loved ones effortlessly? Or perhaps it’s being able to simply pay rent or a mortgage without stress, or more commonly a means to get the car of your dreams?
Financial freedom can take shape in countless ways and there really are no wrong answers in the digital age. We truly live in a golden age of innovation. I personally believe that true wealth is the ability to make your money work for you in a way that provides you the freedom of owning your precious time to do what makes you happy. If you’re here, you are probably a creative individual with tons of ideas but no easy means of taking steps towards achieving your vision. This book combined with The Creator’s Portfolio will hopefully help you make that path clearer through investing in yourself first.
I wrote this book to reflect on hard lessons learned and actionable financial literacy education to help other creatives feeling trapped in a system designed to suppress creativity. My knowledge stems from an almost decade long career in Investment Management ending with being laid off from Goldman Sachs, to creating an artistic lifestyle through the means that my financial knowledge and experience provided. I now provide this knowledge to the creative community with the goal of helping others feeling stuck develop their own version of success and freedom.
